Ideally we recommend at least 90 minutes, depending on your preference and how much time you have to relax. We also offer 2 hour long treatments however unlike 60 or 90 minute massages therapists can opt out of offering 120 minute sessions. Therefore, it can sometimes be harder find availability for 2 hour bookings.
